PC bang = Internet Cafe[edit]

There are two articles en:PC bang and en:Internet café in English wikipedia. PC bang should be merged into Internet cafe because PC bang and Internet cafe have the same meaning. We, Koreans, refer "PC bang" to Internet Cafe, and PC bang is just a translation from it. Ykhwong (talk) 18:54, 29 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Is this a non-English dictionary term? As Wiktionary has PC방. This therefore, could be deleted. However if it is an English term, it may be kept if not synonymous with Internet café. Thoughts? Mglovesfun (talk) 13:02, 10 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not sure Internet cafes and PC bangs are two words for the same thing. PC bangs are for playing computer games, and all the Internet cafes I've been to in the US were for using the Internet. Wikipedia has separate entries for Hotel and Ryokan (Japanese inn). I think there's a similar distinction here as well. Fleetham (talk) 15:28, 10 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
