Rationale for regulations[edit]

What is the reasoning for regulating Schedule I and II drug manufacturers more restrictively than Schedule I and II drug distributors? I suspect it is partly a subsidy for the current drug manufacturers, and also due to the ease with which a licensed producer could manufacture a large amount of pharmaceutical-grade addictive drugs, with the equipment and materials available to them through their business. Merger Proposal[edit]

Both this page and Pharmaceutical diversion seem to refer to exactly the same phenomenon, they should be merged. nigell k (talk) 05:17, 12 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed, be WP:BOLD and merge one into the other. Please be sure to copy all of the tags, categories and stubs to the remaining article. Bearian'sBooties (talk) 18:54, 14 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Gods people, what are you waiting for? Merged. - Jason A. Quest (talk) 02:25, 1 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
