Fair use rationale for Image:Acdc Powerage.JPG[edit]

Image:Acdc Powerage.JPG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 16:55, 31 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Miscellaneous info in Overview section[edit]

Most of the information below the main paragraph in the Overview section seems trivial. I can see the various music connections, but is this really relevant on a page about the album? Moviemaniacx (talk) 20:38, 9 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Rock and Roll?[edit]

Can somebody tell me how this is labeled "rock and roll" as in the term used for the '50s-60s style of music? Sure "High Voltage" "TNT" and "Dirty Deeds" had RnR-style songs on it with a hard rock twist, but "Let There Be Rock" and "Powerage" ditch that and are straight up hard rock/heavy metal albums. And yes according to some magazines those two along with Highway are considered heavy metal (most 70s hard rock is). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 108.81.33.59 (talk) 00:38, 13 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Source Material and Objectivity[edit]

Along with the previous and subsequent AC/DC album entries, this article is part of a serialization of the highly subjective book "AC/DC: Maximum Rock & Roll". — Preceding unsigned comment added by 208.125.68.34 (talk) 14:23, 16 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Are you saying this article and others plagiarise the book? Bretonbanquet (talk) 18:06, 16 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
