New title?[edit]

Shouldn't the title be Fourth World, rather than 4th World? Alx xlA 02:57, 6 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

There is a chapter on the Rise of the Fourth World in Castells' book End of Millenium. i will add in the reference and cite it...
