Actually the correct spelling for the British slang expression is goolies, not ghoulies.

Because the British slang does not appear likely to be expanded into an article and is indeed a dicdef, I am placing it here, deleting this article and moving the bit on the XBox game here, then restoring the history. Okay, I actually moved it to the title with the capital G, and redirected this here. Go ahead and make an article on the British slang if it suits your fancy, though I or someone else will nominate it for deletion unless encyclopedicness is proved.
