Fair use rationale for Image:ShenzhenAirlinesLogo.jpg

Image:ShenzhenAirlinesLogo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. Propose merging Shenzhen Airlines Flight 9648 into Shenzhen Airlines, possibly under standard header "Accidents and incidents" per WP:NOTNEWS. That looks like a minor issue, similar to other flights with drunk or mentally unstable passengers for which we don't create separate articles. The arson apparently didn't inflict any major damage to the aircraft, no hull loss, nothing more to add. Brandmeister^talk 20:00, 28 July 2015 (UTC)

Compared with other incidents where crazy passengers attempt to bring down an aircraft, this had severe damage with destroyed seats and a door making it a major security breach.
