Abusive edit[edit]

This is a discussion, moved from Wikipedia:Pages needing translation into English, about a somewhat strange sequence of edits. Physchim62 characterizes it as an "abusive edit":

Not sure what language this is. It would appear that the contents of the article are duplicated (ie. the original language and then English). The English translation is not quite there yet. More importantly, I think it may be a copyright violation. --TheParanoidOne 18:08, 2 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]
That's Romanian. I can't find the original on the web if it's a copyright violation. — Gulliver 18:26, 2 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]
I can't find an original on the web either. As for the source citation, the Romanian online booksellers I tried had no books from the publishing house more recent than 1991. Romanian wikipedia does not have an article on Falticeni. Have contacted a Romanian ambassador to see what (s)he thinks. Physchim62 19:53, 5 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]
Abusive edit. The text was inserted 4 Apr 2005 by 83.103.148.126, completely replacing a more encyclopedic article about the town. Article reverted to earlier version. Physchim62 10:27, 7 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]
