Untitled[edit]

I disagree with this page being a disambiguation page and have already reverted one edit changing it into such. The game line is very, very obviously the most common use of the term "Rockman". However, because multiple people seem to want to have it this way, can there at least be -some- content at Rockman (music), the disambig at the top of Mega Man series be removed, and the trivia section of Mega Man (character) merged into Rockman (music)? --Boco XLVII 08:22, 22 Jan 2005 (UTC)

The video game use of the word may be more common to you, perhaps. I've don't play video games and I've never heard of Megaman. Honest. (The Rockman headphone amp was absolutely a revolutionary bit of music gear developed by a rock guitarist/engineer, and is used and lauded by many other notable guitarists. Many pieces of Rockman gear are highly collectable and go for much more than their original list price.) Disagreement or not, this is what disambiguation pages are for. Thank you for not reverting. Per your suggestion, I am working on expanding the Rockman (music) stub. --Trweiss 02:46, 24 Jan 2005 (UTC)

There actually was a game, not just a character from a game, called 'Rockman'. This was from way before 'Megaman' (whoever he is) I believe.

http://plus4world.powweb.com/software/Rockman There was a 'Return of Rockman' too. 109.146.150.169 (talk) 18:25, 22 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
