Cleanup[edit]

Everything after "Detailed synopsis" should be deleted. It's unreadable (no proper sentences and paragraphs) and rather pointless since it mostly just gives the topics (in painful detail) without actually providing much of the book's ideas and conclusions. I've deleted this once before and the original author of the article has chosen to bring it back, so I'll pass on removing it again. --Lee Hunter 11:39, 4 Apr 2005 (UTC)

No, please (do not delete the body).
It is useful to know, which book writes about these.
If you search "food cycle" here on wiki, it is the one of only two articles, that can be found, and it would probably satisfy other similar searches...
(So rather try to provide this level of detail (ie. "important keyword list") for other interesting books also...)
(And please note, that the information you supply to encyclopedy, not only describes the topic, but also serves for search-hits from the reverse side, knowing topic keyword and not a title...)

No. That section is ultra-POV and is advertising for the book. Although a more detailed description may be needed, for this article to be cleaned up (see above comment) and be NPOV that section has to go (at least in it's current form). I will let someone else rewrite it if they can, but I will remove it. Polonium 20:24, 8 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
