Merger discussion, November 2021[edit]

Organizational studies and Organization studies are two underdeveloped articles that have both existed since 2004. What am I missing? Why are there two different articles with such similar names and content? Also note that Organization Studies redirects to Organizational behavior, where the hatnote says "For the academic field, see Organizational studies". I am proposing a merger of Organizational studies and Organization studies. If this is a good idea, which should be the target article? Please discuss. Fully agree - articles should be merged. Article should be called "Organization studies". Organizational behavior is a different field. Paideia2 (talk) 18:27, 21 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
