Untitled[edit]

I am thinking the article should be moved to A24 road (Great Britain). The numbering system extends throughout Great Britain. Laurel Bush 09:44, 20 May 2005 (UTC).[reply]

  • I agree 100% User:Lofty
  • I disagree. Roads that are exclusively in England, Scotland or Wales should say where they are. Only cross-border roads need so say Britain. Also, be aware that somebody will change "Great Britain" to "United Kingdom, which is wrong anyway, but particularly wrong for roads since at least the low numbers are also used in Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. The only mitigating defence is that A24 is also an Autoroute in France and maybe an Autostrada in Italy. --Concrete Cowboy 13:53, 16 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Major junctions[edit]

Hello. I would like to let you know that I have reduced the amount of edits on this article from 28 to 15. However, fifteen is rather a lot for a road with a length of 53 miles, so if you would like to get rid of any unnecessary junctions (an example may be the A29 depending on who you ask) then be my guest. If not, then I will do it in the new year. Roads4117 (talk) 11:27, 19 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
