20th Century Limited should be under T. Perhaps add a cross reference to T, but the main listing belongs under Twentieth Century Limited which was the train's proper name.

Why all the Advance sections? Were they in the public timetables? Such sections often ran less freqently that the main train as did Second, Third sections etc. Perhaps one entry for Advance would be sufficient along with an explanation what an Advance was. Otherwise, just add this explanation. Also, consider adding an explanation under S for what a Section once was.

Did not see any Mexican named trains. Mexico is part of North America.

Did not see any references for all these names. Where did they come from, Official Guide? How about referencing Classic Trains and More Classic Trains by Arthur D. Dubin? These are two excellent reference works published by Kalmbach.

Since Chicago redirects to Chicago, Illinois, where the links pointed before the most recent change, I've rolled back the change to bypass the redirect slambo 14:08, Apr 19, 2005 (UTC)

Now Chicago is the article's location. Slambo (Speak) 03:50, 11 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I am compiling a master of all named passenger trains that ever ran in the US, would like to correspond with anyone else who has a similar interest or can be of help in filling in the gaps, I am looking for train name, RR(s), start and end points, and start and end dates.

As for the "Advance" trains, I know of at least 28 that were officially known that way in the Official Guide, if you want any info on any of them let me know.
