Sochi & police[edit]

During The Colbert Report's Buddy Cole-Sochi coverage, "From Russia With Love", when Buddy and his production team were questioned by the police in Russia, was that an actual encounter or was it part of the bit? It certainly seemed real. Is there a source for the spelling Budderick? Buddy said once (maybe while reading a letter) that the Queen insisted on using his full name, which sounded to me more like Butterick; I'm fairly sure that that name was not mentioned again in TKitH. —Tamfang (talk) 11:14, 2 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
