What is the significance of mentioning Russians (in most cases sent as colonisers, which violated the international laws) "residing" in Soviet-occupied areas? Russian IS part of the local cultures. They've been together for hundreds of years!

The map shows a particular region in North India as a significant Russian speaking area. Does anybody know what region/city it is? I am originally from India and am not aware as yet of any such place. Thanks! - Julyda4th

According to the legend, it is not significant area, it is a city with significant russian speqaking population. You may ask ask the author of the map to put more detailed info into the page with the image. `'Míkka >t 20:56, 1 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
