I don't understand why a photo of a baritone sax should go in an article about the soprano. Wondering simply, -- Infrogmation 05:08, 4 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Unneeded sentence[edit]

"The less tubing an instrument has, the higher it sounds." This sentence is a non sequitur and irrelevent to this article. It may belong in a different article, but not the soprano saxophone. ChaosMaster 01:21, 1 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Upper note E6 or E♭6?[edit]

The text says that E6 is the highest note, but the picture shows E♭6 as the highest. Which is it?

Now I see! The text says "modern soprano saxophones with a high F# key have a range from A♭3 to E6". The high F# key explains the (concert) E6 instead of E♭6.
