I wrote this as a State employee and my boss says that it is fine to release it under the FDL. The copyright on the report mentioned is BSD-like without the need to include the copyright notice. maveric149
- Which state? I have a feeling that SOV is a legal term which may differ slightly between different administrations. For example, you don't mention motorcycles or motorscooters, although they are perhaps the most efficient motorized single occupant vehicles. --IanOsgood (talk) 02:49, 19 January 2009 (UTC)
