Weird stuff with reverting vandalism[edit]

Someone had deleted everything but the first paragraph, and the bot had reverted it, but the revert didn't dispaly. I clicked undo at the edit that had blanked the article, and then clicked submit, it displays correctly now, but my revert is not shown in the edit history, probably because it's not changed from the edit the bot made -- when I clicked edit after the bot had reverted, the source was correct but when I clicked article it was the same as before the bot's revert. The revert had been about three hours before that, immediately after the blanking.
