This image is of a cover of an audio recording, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher of the work or the artist(s) which produced the recording or cover artwork in question. Fair use for Milestones (album)[edit]

The image Milestonescover.jpg is being linked here; though the picture is originally copyright I (Knucmo2 14:25, 24 May 2005 (UTC)) feel it is covered by fair use because:

1. It is a low resolution copy of a CD album cover;
2. It does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the CD album in any way;
3. Copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork on another CD – the resolution is too low for print repro and the version shown has not been used for digital releases;
4. The image on the cover is significant and famed because it was made by a famous artist, Miles Davis.
