Hope this is OK. I know there are other Waughs (e.g. Mark Waugh) but my guess was that most people looking for Waugh would be looking for Evelyn Waugh. (See Tolkien and Christoper Tolkien say.)

I would prefer to make it a disambiguation page - after all, there's Alec Waugh and Auberon Waugh, too. Right now if somebody wants to find them and goes to Waugh, there's no obvious way to move on. - DavidWBrooks 17:14, 17 Mar 2004 (UTC)
Disambigged at Waugh (disambiguation), this page now redirects there. Jwrosenzweig 17:16, 17 Mar 2004 (UTC)
Yeah you're right, it is better this way, nice work. - cfp 22:00, 22 Apr 2004 (UTC)

Pronunciation[edit]

I'm wondering about the pronunciation /ˈwɑː/ since the article about Evelyn Waugh proposes /wɔː/. Are they geographical variations? Which one is the most correct? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Samedie (talkcontribs) 23:09, 26 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
