Should the Spongebob character article should begin with "SpongeRobert "Spongebob" Squarepants". I don't think the name SpongeRobert is as common as other characters' full names. Non-free use rationales are for unlicensed files. They can be used, per WP:NFCC, only when there is no available free replacement. Nickelodeon released some clips from SpongeBob under a CC-BY license on YouTube, and screenshots from these clips can be used for the character, so such an image must be used and there is no rationale under WP:NFCC for the use of an unlicensed image.
