Although this position occurs during the events of the movie (offscreen, of course), it would seem to be physically impossible, but it was achieved in a pornographic film released in 2003 called: DVDA. See: <removed commercial link>

According to the blurb for the film, it depicts dual vaginal penetration, and also dual anal penetration, both of which are quite believable and well documented practices, but not both at once. Putting two penis-sized objects into each orifice of the receptive partner is not the problem, given someone used to dilating themselves to that degree, and large amounts of lubricant. The problem is geometry. Think about it: where do all four male performer's pelvises go in a hypothetical DVDA? -- Karada 16:27, 31 Jul 2004 (UTC)
