Tattooed Millionaire really about Nikki Sixx?[edit]

We need a citation for the claim about "Tattooed Millionaire" being about Nikki Sixx. Various sources on the webb say nobody knew anything about it until the biography "The Dirt" - which was published in 2001. Tattooed Millionaire was published in 1990. When did this incident take place, supposedly? Can someone who have read "The Dirt" shed some light on this? "Much more hard rock oriented"[edit]
