2004[edit]

The description of this category begins: "This category contains articles in the subfamily Caprinae - goats, sheep and tors." What does tor mean? (I'm guessing not a "high craggy hill.") -- Itai 18:04, 15 Nov 2004 (UTC)

It's been a while (I only just found this category page myself) and the "tor" was still included, so I removed it. (It has nothing to do with caprids, nor does the category actually contain articles about it, like it said.) Somebody can always add it back once there's a relevant page. I wrote that.... I can only assume I meant tur but made a typo. A tur is a species of goat though so "goats and sheep" is fine. Pcb21| Pete 19:43, 27 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]
