Only Add Names[edit]

Does anyone object to "Only add names here if the person has their own article - anything else will be removed." being on this page? One editor has removed it twice even though this message is on similar pages due to a large number of none notables/red links being added, and it seems to have worked so far. I thought wiki has categories to list this kind of information automatically. This kind of list isn't going to accomplish anything.
