Changes I made[edit]

Hello, I made serval changes including adding sections and revising previously written material. I added sections about the history, materials hinges are made of, every day use, and buying. I cited everything I borrowed and I tried to add an image/chart, but I couldn't unless it was my own work. Larisamcguire (talk) 03:51, 14 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Pintle and gudgeon[edit]

This article doesn't mention pintle or gudgeon, the two parts of the the oldest and most common type of hinge. I'm not qualified to write it, but it is needed. UniEngineer (talk) 22:43, 16 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
