There are a lot of one hit wonders that can be added, especially in the early 1960s. Any ideas on how to structure this?

Also, perhaps this section should be under Rock and roll/performers?

Has anybody else noticed that the only section with absolutely NO bowing to alphabetization is the punks? (Anarchistic nonalphabetizers!! :-)
