Mentions of erections, the penis, etc. in an encyclopedia article, or articles about such topics, are not "pornography", nor are they considered inappropriate for Wikipedia. Pornography is writing intended to cause sexual arousal. Although the article about erections contains images that may be offensive to some, it is not "pornography" in that it is not intended to cause sexual arousal; it is intended merely for information. I don't think the warnings you put on such pages are necessary either. All pages automatically have a "disclaimers" link at the bottom, which includes a warning about objectionable content.
