Fred Koschara (February 14, 1955 - ), founder of The L5 Development Group [1], is an accomplished software developer, a busy entrepreneur, an avid photographer, and a practicing philosopher. Currently residing in Boston, Massachusetts, Mr. Koschara owns more than three dozen domain names, many related to pursuing his life-long ambition of becoming an astronaut. He now believes that goal can only be achieved through private enterprise, outside any of the government-run space programs.
