My real name is David. My primary interests are computers, electronics and austronesian languages. I am a native of the United State with a primarily European ancestry.

In addition to my American English, I speak Tagalog, Ilokano, and Panggasinan. I learned these languages while serving as a religious minister from 1991 to 1993 in the provinces of Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Abra, La Union, and Panggasinan. I taught Tagalog for two years and also worked as a professional translator. I was majoring in Linguistics when I decided to change my career to Computer Networking and Systems. I have also studied other Austronesian languages namely, Itneg, Bahasa Malasya, Tongan, and Samoan.

I mostly work on open source technologies as a system's architect but have broad interests in physical sciences, philosophy, technology, archeology, paleontology, and many more. 'Professor' is a nickname given to me by people that know me and my fascination with knowledge.
