Band and EP name[edit]

According to the official Green Day web-site and some other sources, the band and the EP were both called Sweet Children rather than The Sweet Children. Does anyone have a copy of the EP that would give a definitive answer? --Theo (Talk) 21:24, 17 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]

None of this is true[edit]

The band was called Sweet Children, no "The". Also the music you're referring to is from a 1990 Green Day EP titled Sweet Children. There was a Sweet Children demo recorded in 1989, however the only track you mentioned that's actually on it is Sweet Children, and 2,000 Light Years Away was not on it.
