So that's why my house fell down... maybe we need something on the device the mixes cement as well as the docktail
I'll clear this article up... for a fairly common phrase, this is a very poorly written article. I'm going to split the two things into separate articles

The correct term for the truck is readi-mix truck or mixer truck. The term "cement mixer" is incorrect and should be changed to Concrete mixer. Cement is only one ingredient of concrete, the others being flyash, sand, rock, air entrainment, water reducer, and sometimes fibers, retarder, calcium, and plasticizer.
Should be Concrete mixer[edit]

Vodka and Milk[edit]
"In some places, vodka is used instead of lime juice, and, occasionally, milk is substituted for Bailey's. The vodka and milk version curdles more quickly and has a more cottage cheese-like consistency." This makes no sense to me, primarily because of: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_Russian_%28cocktail%29
