Actually, I don't think it was HJ. I put Mr. Bernadotte on the Requested Articles page four or five months ago with the thought that I'd do it myself if no-one else took my bait. But someone did a few days later -- I forget who, but someone coherent. -- user:Paul Drye

I think you're right, Paul -- it was one of those "HJ didn't look for an existing article" things. JHK
