  • Is this a joke? He seems to have been the creator of several prominent newspapers, and seems to have been notable enough to have been created a viscount... Keep. -- ugen64 01:35, 8 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep. This amuses me greatly. One of the most important newspaper men in the history of Britain is not notable? Perhaps the nominator would care to explain the logic he used in reaching this conclusion before he gets accused of conduct bordering on vandalism. Indrian 05:40, Nov 8, 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep - one of the most famous newspaper owners in history who played a large part in bringing down the Asquith govt. Not exactly what I'd call non-notable - Chrism 11:17, Nov 15, 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep - what the devil is this doing here? Mackensen (talk) 14:11, 16 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • This appears to indeed be vandalism. It isn't listed on the main VfD page, and the user, whose edits are suspect, seems to have had difficulty even making the bloody header. I'm going to remove the VfD tag and declare the issue null and void. Probably dash off a stern admonition to the user in question as well. Mackensen (talk) 20:21, 16 Nov 2004 (UTC)
