Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Teast

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Non-notable and/or unverifiable. One of three dic defs recently contributed by an anon. Unable to find any relevant hits using various search strings. teast scone gets zero hits. Doesn't seem like a Wiktionary candidate. Niteowlneils 14:37, 25 Aug 2004 (UTC)

  • Oh, tea + feast, is it? I'm becoming mighty suspicious of these nonce portmanteau words, compare above. I think somebody's making them up, perhaps encouraged by litefantastic's success with amerime, see Wikipedia:Votes_for_deletion/Amerime. Wikipedia obviously has the power to launch neologisms, but it's not supposed to use the Force for evil. Delete for neologism. Bishonen 22:03, 25 Aug 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete. I never head the word despite my long, albeit peripheral, association with Scotland. BTW surely the crime of commiting a neologism should be called "neologismism"

  • Delete. I'm fed up with unknown neologisms appearing. There is too much neologismisation occuring here, and the neologismisationers need to stop ;-) Average Earthman 12:19, 26 Aug 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete stupid neologism. -- Cyrius| 02:15, 30 Aug 2004 (UTC)
