- Technically, anyone can do it after the VfD votes are up. To do it before usually requires the nominator and then, strictly, shouldn't be done. When it's a landslide vote for "keep," though, no one usually cares. At least I've never seen anyone care, and this is my understanding of the matter. Geogre 17:22, 23 Aug 2004 (UTC)
