As the phrase from the film goes, "what fucker said that?" Specifically, 13 whiskies necessitating a trip to hospital? I'd not do it myself, since I despise the taste of whisky, but make it gin or vodka (same strength) and I don't see too much of a problem. I'm sure I'd struggle with the rest of it, but I know people who I'm pretty certain could complete the list. Dunno about doing it in the time the film lasts, mind you.

A bit more serious calculation using this calculator reveals that 13 single whiskies (even using the larger 35ml measure) contain 18.2 UK alcohol units, and that this is equivalent to just under six and a half pints of 5% ale. A couple of serious drinking games should see that down you, so your "hospital" suggestion is clearly spurious.
