Nice job ...[edit]

... on Superman clean-up. This article somehow reached "Featured article" status, but requires frequent such efforts to keep it up to speed. Don't get too frustrated by the "vandals".Sfahey 04:35, 5 Nov 2004 (UTC)

Thanks for working on this article. I intentionally labelled the image "front to back" rather than "left to right" because the layout isn't particularly conducive to a left-to-right reading: Max Mercury's presence in the background especially led me to use "front to back." Do you disagree? -leigh (φθόγγος) 07:15, Dec 27, 2004 (UTC)

Inuyasha[edit]

I just wanted to tell you that you did a great job catching the mistake about Sota imitating Claws of Steel in Inuyasha. I would have taken it out myself, but I thought he might have done it more in some other episodes that I had not yet seen. Josh 04:41, Feb 16, 2005 (UTC)

Regarding English names of Case Closed[edit]

VIZ' English Case Closed translation varies from FUNI's.

For instance, Japanese names of minor characters are kept.

Agasa keeps his first name.

Serena's sister is "Ayako Sebastian". WhisperToMe 22:22, 16 Jun 2005 (UTC)

Thanks![edit]

For your recent clean-up efforts on the John Cena article :)--Naha|(talk) 02:20, 27 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Bianca and Babe of All My Children[edit]

Hello, Maestro25. The mention of some fans wanting to see Bianca and Babe romantically together, I feel is better left in Babe Carey's article of her Cultural impact section than in Bianca Montgomery's article. Even so, since you have put it in the Bianca Montgomery article as well, I will find a way to incorporate it within the Bianca Montgomery article. But it should not be in the Storyline section of that article. See you around. Flyer22 07:06, 25 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

For what it's worth, Bianca is the one that showed signs of sexual attraction towards Babe. Especially during the time Babe faked her death. --Maestro25 03:59, 28 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
    • I'm not sure about Bianca showing signs of sexual attraction to Babe while Babe was thought to be dead, but I definitely saw signs of Bianca being sexually attracted to Babe at other times before that. I saw great chemistry, and not just their friendship chemistry either, between these two, and it (a romantic relationship between them) would have been interesting if the writers had gone that way earlier. I wouldn't want them to go there now though, because, since Babe has been established as heterosexual (straight), it would be a storyline too similar to Bianca and Maggie's storyline of Maggie denying her sexual attraction to Bianca. Except that it would actually be a tougher sell to the audience with Babe, unlike Maggie, considering that there were always hints that Maggie was not all that straight, really. Yes, they could re-write Babe's sexual orientation or state that her sexual orientation was never definitively confirmed (even though her romantic relationships thus far can be argued to have established her sexual orientation), but I feel that if she did have a leaning toward women sexually, she would have already been with Bianca romantically (in "reality"...not in the writers' design, that is). Flyer22 05:24, 28 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I responded here, of course, to our latest talk about Bianca and Babe. Flyer22 11:05, 22 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Maestro25, I reverted the image you uploaded of Alicia Minshew as Kendall Hart. Besides the fact that I like the image that I uploaded of her better for the lead (introduction) of the Kendall Hart (Slater) article than the one you uploaded, though I'm not totally against a different image of her for the lead, I want to tell you that we are not allowed to use fair-use images to depict real-life people here at Wikipedia...unless it's a magazine cover or a promotional image, but not as the main image within their article. Yes, we can use fair-use images of an actor or actress as the character they are portraying or have portrayed, but not as the main image in their article. Talk with you later. Flyer22 04:03, 17 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

My thoughts on you updating the All My Children character infobox images are in this link. Flyer22 04:21, 17 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
If you haven't already, put me on your watchlist, while we discuss this. I'm putting you on mine as well, of course. Flyer22 04:56, 17 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, sorry that it took me so long to get back to you on this, but I finally changed Kendall's picture. Tell me what you think of it, and if you'd rather not use that one. Honestly, I still prefer the original picture I uploaded for Kendall out of all the ones to choose from at Willowfriend.com, mainly because that picture seemingly encompasses everything that Kendall is. I really like how it gets across both her beauty and her scheming nature, as that picture looks as though Kendall is up to her conniving tricks. But, alas, I let that image go (for now anyway) for you. Flyer22 06:28, 29 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
As I stated on my talk page, I'm glad that you like it. Flyer22 03:55, 31 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Internet Movie Database says that she was born in 1974, not 1979. That site is usually right about ages and biographies in general concerning actors an actresses. Flyer22 10:13, 9 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

She lists herself as 28 years old on her official Myspace page. IMDB is occasionally wrong with dates. --Maestro25 10:23, 9 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Are we sure that it's her Myspace page? I mean, I haven't been to it yet. We should check for other sources concerning this matter, and see what's going on here. Flyer22 11:00, 9 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Spider-Man[edit]

Hi. As you appear to be one of the major contributors to the Spider-Man article, I'm alerting you to the fact that I have nominated this article to become a Good Article. If you are able to have a look at the article and fix up anything that needs fixing (sourcing, grammar, etc), feel free to do so before the review starts, or feel free to wait until the review starts to see what concerns the GA reviewer may bring up. Good work on helping to get it to where it is so far. :) BOZ (talk) 22:34, 6 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Spider-Man has been picked up for GA review, which can be viewed here. There are a number of concerns to be addressed and some work to be done, so pitch in if you are able, make any suggestions that you think might be helpful, or at least just be there for moral support. :) BOZ (talk) 14:40, 9 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is Fictional history of Spider-Man. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Fictional history of Spider-Man (3rd nomination). Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.

Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:15, 19 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Fictional history of Spider-Man[edit]

There is a discussion now about an article you are one of the major contributors too. Talk:Fictional_history_of_Spider-Man#Rewrite_and_replacement It concerns replacing the entire article with something fairly unrelated. Dream Focus 10:11, 2 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

FAR Notification[edit]

I have nominated Superman for a featured article review here. Please join the discussion on whether this article meets featured article criteria. Articles are typically reviewed for two weeks. If substantial concerns are not addressed during the review period, the article will be moved to the Featured Article Removal Candidates list for a further period, where editors may declare "Keep" or "Delist" the article's featured status. The instructions for the review process are here. Dana boomer (talk) 20:48, 24 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
