Having read this article, my mind is aglow with whirling, transient nodes of thought careening through a cosmic vapor of invention. Who were these young troubadours? Where are they now?

It is said that few concerts were as important as the Sex Pistol's Manchester performance. Among the 34 people in audience were people who went on to create Simply Red, Factory Records, Joy Division, the Buzzcocks, and more. One can only wonder what will be born from the Monkey Wrench Gang's one seminal performance.

There is a long-standing rumor that a tape of the concert exists. It apparently was recorded over a joint McCarntey-Lennon jam session recorded during the Lost Weekend. Priorities, you know?

Bored, perchance?
