User talk:Ban Eloquence

This user is alleged to be a sock puppet of User:JRR Trollkien, for the purpose of "certifying" a user conduct dispute regarding User:Eloquence for listing on Wikipedia:Requests for comment. The lack of edit history for this user, other than posting to User talk:Eloquence and the deleted Requests for comment subpage for Eloquence, makes it obvious that this user is a sock puppet. At this point, the burden of proof is on the sock puppet.
