We are definately going to need to cite Rabbi Aryeh Kaplan, to present an Orthodox understanding of this topic; his views (written in the late 20th century) represent what many Orthodox Jews have believed about this issue for the last 300 years. We also are going to need to cite Professor Gershom Scholem, the world's most highly respected authority on the history and development of Kabbalah. I am preparing some material on this. Tikkun olam on VfD[edit]

Tikkun olam has been nominated on VfD - see Wikipedia:Votes for deletion/Tikkun olam. I've merged the contents of Tikkun olam, the work of User:Rbarenblat, into this article, and am proposing Tikkun olam redirect here. I'm still rather staggered Tikkun olam was nominated.
