IMHO, putting something like "to be finished" or "under construction" at the end of the article is a little redundant. The 'pedia is in a constant state of rewriting and editing anyway, and a statement like that implies to the general viewing public that we (or more specifically, the article's author) are doing our encyclopedia in a haphazard or half-baked fashion. Sure, there's the suggestion that you always leave something out or an unanswered question to encourage people to keep working on Wikipedia, but it doesn't have to be THAT obvious. There's my two cents. Darkwind 01:31 20 May 2003 (UTC)

Should the UN Declaration of Human Rights be included? -- Error

Who says that the UK has 'no constitution'? It sounds pretty suspect - can we reference that? Mark Richards 21:31, 12 Mar 2004 (UTC)

Not all political scientists accept that the UK has an unwritten constitution. Some go as far as to insist that in the absence of a written / codified constitution, it has no constitution. I took this out since I can't find anyone who makes this case - if anyone else can, let's put it back with a reference. Mark Richards 23:32, 12 Mar 2004 (UTC)
