In order to remain listed at Wikipedia:Requests for comment, at least two people need to show that they tried to resolve a dispute with this user and have failed. This must involve the same dispute, not different disputes. The persons complaining must provide evidence of their efforts, and each of them must certify it by signing this page with ~~~~. If this does not happen within 48 hours of the creation of this dispute page (which was: 09:26, Aug 3, 2004 (UTC)), the page will be deleted. Statement of the dispute[edit]

User CVA is ignoring the talk pages, ignoring the three revert rule, and resorting to personal and racist remarks while at the same time failing to provide any factual backup for his or hers claims when asked.

  • Description:

Allegations: CVA is constantly reverting the Partisan page and erasing any mention of the Polish partisans. He or she claims the sources that are quoted on the Talk:Partisan page to be biased solely because they are Polish. CVA is also stating that most Poles are wrong and biased because they are Poles, which is offensive and absurd, to say the least. He or she is also suggesting other users ignorance or bad will. At the same time he or she fails to provide any sources that would back up his or hers claims. Such statements are clearly against the "Discuss the facts and how to express them, not the attributes of the other party" rule.

Halibutt demands apologies for the personal remarks and suggesting that he is wrong solely because of his nationality. CVA should finally state some reliable sources before he or she commits to a revert war once again. No ban is needed since user CVA is also engaged in valuable edits of other pages.

I must add that CVA ignores calls for discussion from Halibutt, deletes his question without any comment and modified his user page. I guess CVA is nothing more than vandal which should be banned from wikipedia Szopen 09:49, 31 Aug 2004 (UTC) Users who endorse this summary (sign with ~~~~):
