Yes, I probably will add myself. I'm not sure what I'm waiting for. I did know about the "You have new messages" message, but thanks for mentioning it anyway in case I didn't. I do have my User page on my watchlist, which is manageable at the moment. The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere.
