Should this be a disambiguation to
- the constitution of the Republic of China, and
- the draft of the constitution of the pro-independence people (e.g. http://newcongress.yam.org.tw/constitution/)? — Instantnood 17:18 Feb 28 2005 (UTC)
- The document is not well known or widely accepted. I doubt that would ever be used even if they declared independence. This can go under a criticism/proposed replacement section of the constitution of the Republic of China article. The topics are related enough so that we dont need a new article. --Jiang 04:44, 9 Mar 2005 (UTC)
I know the document is not well known. "Taiwanese Constitution", as the title suggests, however, looks more like the constitution of a to-be state of Taiwan, instead of the constitution of the ROC. I agree Taiwan can be used as redirects to the ROC for most situations, but I don't think it applies here. — Instantnood 05:59 Mar 9 2005 (UTC)
- I think most people are not aware of the Republic of China but are aware of Taiwan. This is like redirecting President of Taiwan to President of the Republic of China or Flag of Taiwan to Flag of the Republic of China. (this should especially apply since we're using Taiwanese the adjective, as opposed to having this at "Constitution of Taiwan" --Jiang 07:08, 9 Mar 2005 (UTC)
