Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/BeFree

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

BeFree was proposed for deletion. This page is an archive of the discussion about the proposed deletion. This page is no longer live. Further comments should be made on the article's talk page rather than here so that this page is preserved as an historic record. The result of the debate was to delete the article.

Vanity page for an open source project that hasn't managed to produce anything. Nothing links to the page anymore. They keep changing their mind about they are actually going to build (we're an operating system, we're a BeOS compatible desktop environment, we're a BeOS-incompatible desktop environment). Delete. They're on their third or fourth incarnation now. Let a page be written when they produce something and get heard of outside the small group of BeOS developers remaining (me included). Kiand 13:48, 10 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete. They're pretty obviously not notable (yet). Maybe someday. --Improv 19:06, 10 Nov 2004 (UTC)

This page is now preserved as an archive of the debate and, like other '/delete' pages is no longer 'live'. Subsequent comments on the issue, the deletion or on the decision-making process should be placed on the relevant 'live' pages. Please do not edit this page.
