This used to say a lot more, but then I realized I never check in here anymore.

If you see me changing a lot of maps lately, it's because I've been working with a group of fellow cartographers participating in a MapLift, in which they make a bunch of maps for Wikipedia, and then I go around actually adding them. I didn't make most of them, though I have explicit permission to do the adding on their behalf.

I have been contributing to Wikipedia since, at the latest, June 6th 2002. There may have been other contributions prior to then, but I didn't have a user name and so have trouble tracking them down based on memory. I actually got aroung to getting a user name at the very end of 2003.

Prior to adopting a username, I'm about 99% certain that I made edits under (at least) the following IP addresses in 2002: 146.113.69.242, 67.38.174.30, and 217.52.6.221. In the case of the first address, I managed to make the second edit ever to the article on Kalamazoo. A point of pride. Less of a point of pride is the part where the aforementioned edit was childish boosterism of my alma mater.

Articles that I can remember having started[edit]

In no particular order...

Maps I Have Made[edit]

I have made some maps, and at one point I had a gallery of them here. But then I actually became a cartographer, and now I realize just how bad my previous maps were. If I have the time, I hope to improve them someday.

If you've read all this, please make your way to my talk page and tell me why.
