Dear friends, this is a mistake. The name of Mr. Baramidze isn't David, but George and my article about him already exists on Wikipedia. President Saakashvili will assume the PM responsibilities until he nominates a new candidate while Mr. Baramidze remains on the post of Vice Premier and State Minister.
