His behavior as an administrator is not acceptable. He urged Helga Jonas (user:H.J., one of her sockpuppets user:24.7.179.169) to start editwars.
He call user Space Cadet a moron (...And just ignore the ridiculing of Space Cadet (Liebchen??? - what a mXXXX)...) and he makes fun of Polish culture (... In the meantime, please enjoy this particular aspect of the polish culture...). (see: [1]).
He urged hardbanned Helga Jonas to start editwars and was very thankful for her vandalism (...Thank you very much for your work...).
Because of personal reasons (he dont like Poles, and specially me), he claimed yesterday that i have broked the 3RR, but i did not broke the rule and my block wasn't backed by official policy. (see: [2]). For the exact same reason admins refused to ban other users, see:[3].
After the block he tried to silent me and remove my comments on the Administrators' noticeboard. The Controversial blocks article [4] says: nr. 3 If possible, contact other administrators informally to be sure there are others who agree with your reasoning. The administrators' noticeboard, IRC and email are effective tools for this.
His behavior should have some consequences (exspecially because he offended Poles and called Space Cadet a moron).--Emax 13:11, Feb 3, 2005 (UTC)
- Guess Emax is upset that he got blocked for a 3RR. Anyway, I don't know any Helga Jones, and the edits of the anon looked good to me. The complete discussion can be found on User talk:24.7.179.169/Archive, including the links to the two apologies for the two missteps (see [5] and [6]), which followed shortly thereafter. I have no problem with Polish people, although I do not think too highly of Emax, for reasons other than his nationality. As for the 3RR: I stand by my view that the block was valid. Note, that I did not block him personally. I did block some of his IP adresses and reverted some of his edits while Emax was doing block evasion using numerous anonymous IP adresses. The suggestion to contacting other Admins as listed on Wikipedia:Controversial blocks applies to the blocking admins, not to the blocked users, and the guidelines were followed by the parties responsible for the block. I have moved these diffs from the votes section. -- Grunt 🇪🇺 16:15, 2005 Feb 3 (UTC)

Chris also vandalized user-talk pages see:
Is it allowed for an administrator offending other users? What would be happen, if an user would call an administrator a moron? I guess he would be banned. And why is the blocking policy not the same for all users (see: Marcus2 case [18].)--Emax 16:41, Feb 3, 2005 (UTC)
