I have added this Chakras - Number of Petals section link from Wikipedia here (The Chakra article), if anybody considers that some of it can be part of this larger article please fee free to add it as new section. But,please do not delete parts of the the original article yet. William Vroman (talk) 18:04, 29 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

What are trying to write in the article is not clear? What is the subject? Please add inline references see WP:REF for reference styles on wikipedia. There is already an article on Chakras.--Redtigerxyz Talk 18:00, 11 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry for not getting back to you on that article, but someone told me 'This article was originally written by Wim Borsboom and has been accepted by Chinese Buddhist Encyclopedia: The Chakras And Their Petals. It has been on his blog 'The Kundalini Process' at least since 2009: Updated View of Chakras.' I'd be interested to hear any further developments like a possible return to Wikipedia or new details. I made some notes in my sandbox (link at bottom of my user page) (you could use your sandbox to draft article; a user page is intended as more about the user.)--dchmelik (t|c) 12:30, 21 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

As you pointed the link, I saw the discussion but still I see no sense in having a separate article even if it is not OR. --Redtigerxyz Talk 13:38, 13 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Merging[edit]

I'm not at all against merging with the Chakra article, that's where the issue belongs. I'm concerned that when it is done that the style of the combined articles appears "seamless.' As I'm traveling for the next two months, I'm not able to spend much time on this, so if merging is decided upon, and if anyone feels up to doing that, please do go ahead. No matter what, when I return I will spend much time on "inline citations." I'm collectiong the needed bibliography for it. wv (talk) 19:21, 13 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Are you back yet? I hope we can find a source that says the chakras represent levels after a certain amount of bones, etc.. Until then or whenever you might want to merge them, you could put the article in your userspace in a place like User:William Vroman/Chakras - number of petals so you can use your user page for other stuff.--Dchmelik (talk) 03:24, 27 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
