Hi: My name is David Mais in Jamaica, a descendant of the Earl of Balcarres became the Governor of jamaica in the 18th Century, is there anyone out there with info on him? He was a golfer and member of the R&A, we are trying to find whether or not he had connections to the early golf in Jamaica. Thanks
